Stan Spector is a merger & acquisitions specialist working with family owned businesses that want to cash out, enhance natural growth through acquisitions or develop a new business model to find a sustainable competitive advantage. Working with these businesses has shown him which portion of their efforts succeed and which do not.  This has allowed proposed changes in a full-time business model to the part-time models that you find in this book.

He presents seminars for financial planners and other organizations working with baby boomers to try to instill the entrepreneuring spirit to overcome shortfalls in retirement savings. 

He works with other seniors to help them find enjoyable businesses to enhance their “purpose” in their golden years.
